Andrea L. Riccardi Sacchi is a public accountant from the Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay. He holds a postgraduate degree in Specialization in Business Management and Administration, as well as a Master in Business Administration (Universidad Católica del Uruguay). He also holds a diploma in Specialization in Taxes» (Universidad ORT Uruguay), as well as a Master in International Taxation, at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
Since 2012, he has been a member of the Taxation Department of the General Taxation Directorate (Uruguay). He has previous work experience in PwC Uruguay (2003-2011) and Thomson Reuters (2011-2012).
She is a consultant for the IDB and alumni of the Japan International Cooperation Agency, the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program, the AECID and the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance. She has taught at the Universidad ORT Uruguay and participated in various national and international academic institutions.
