Benjamín Sevilla Bernabéu, is a researcher in Training in the Department of Tax Law at the University of Valencia. His area of research within international taxation is the abuse of agreements and international tax planning. He studied a degree in law at the University of Alicante, specializing in the branch of public law.

Later, he completed a Master’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Legal, Commercial, Tax and Labour Consultancy at the University of Seville. He has worked as a lawyer in the Tax Law Department of several offices in Seville, including Zurbarán Abogados and RZS Abogados y Economistas.
