J. Carlos Pedrosa López is Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the University of Valencia. He has a PhD in Tax Law, specialising in international taxation, from the University Carlos III of Madrid. He has a Master’s degree in Tax Law and Tax Consultancy and a double degree in Law and Economics from the University of Valencia.
He has published more than twenty scientific articles in prestigious Spanish and foreign magazines, as well as book chapters in different languages. He has carried out research stays in European and American universities and institutes. He is a member of several research projects and belongs to different international associations.
